1. Who we are

2. What we collect

We collect personal data in one place only: the contact form. It asks for your name, your email address, your company (optional) and your message.

Our hosting provider also keeps standard technical server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and operation of the service.

We do not collect any other personal data. This site has no user accounts, no newsletter and no payment system.

3. Why we collect it

Your contact details are used for one purpose: reading your message and getting back to you about your project. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Technical logs rely on our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We do not sell your data. We do not use it for advertising. We do not profile you.

4. Who processes it

Form submissions are received and stored by Netlify, Inc. (United States), which hosts this site and acts as our processor. Transfers of data to the United States are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.

The contact form is protected against spam by Google reCAPTCHA (Google Ireland Ltd / Google LLC). When you use the form, Google may process your IP address and set cookies strictly for the purpose of distinguishing humans from bots.

5. How long we keep it

Messages sent through the contact form are kept for the time needed to handle your request, and at most 12 months after our last exchange, then deleted. Technical server logs are retained by our host for a limited period.

6. Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own. There is no analytics tracker, no advertising network and no advertiser on this site. Fonts are self-hosted, so no font provider receives your IP address.

The only third-party service that may set cookies is Google reCAPTCHA, used solely to protect the contact form against automated abuse. These cookies serve a security purpose and are not used by us for tracking or advertising.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your personal data, and the right to object to its processing. To exercise these rights, email Info@AiShotMedia.com. We will respond within one month.

If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can lodge a complaint with the French supervisory authority: CNIL, 3 Place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07, www.cnil.fr.

8. Changes

We may update this policy as the site evolves. The date at the top of this page always reflects the latest version.
